Finikoudes beach is considered as one of the most famous beaches in south Cyprus. The heart of Larnaca town is just behind the beach, divided from the shore by the coast road, Athenon Avenue.
It is located on the Larnaca-Dekelia road and is a graphic beach which is surrounded by trees and greenery. Galu beach is certainly one of the most beautiful seaside locations in Cyprus. In spite of, its beautiful sea view it assures those who will visit it that they will live a memorable experience.
Glyki Nero or Grecian Bay beach is one of the main beaches in Ayia Napa with crystal clear waters. This beach, is the one closest to the centre of Ayia Napa, starting at the harbour and stretches eastwards towards the sea caves of Ayia Napa.
Governors beach is a very well-known sandy beach. It is located between Limassol and Larnaca and can be accessed by car, bus, motorbike or bicycle. It is ideal for children because it has shallow clear blue waters.
Green Bay is the perfect beach for beginner divers and is located in Protaras. Here many learners come to begin their diving courses as the waters are most suitable. The waters begin shallow and slowly deepen therefore there is much to see including, Wrasse, Bream, Cuttle Fish, Pipefish and the occasional Octopus.
Kalymnos beach is located in the area of Pentakomo in Limassol and is accessed by all types of transportation. The beach is sandy and has a camping area as well as lifeguards who are on duty during the whole summer season from 10am till 5pm.
Kapparis beach is located in the Famagusta area of Cyprus and is a quiet and isolated beach. It is the beach which is the most closest to the Turkish occupied area. Visitors can find sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire as well as a van for drinks and snacks.
Another beach which has been awarded a blue flag. Today Kastela is a small beach with calm waters and thin grey sand. The beach is only 15 minutes away from the centre of the town and is very close to the fishing refuge. The sea is usually calm and clean and is ideal or those who want to relax. It has a length of 400 metres and its width is between 20 to 70 metres. Access to the beach is easy and safe by bus, car and on foot. Near the fishing refuge there is a small parking lot for cars.
This lovely secluded beach can be found 2km north of Cavo Greko with perfect swimming conditions especially for children as there are no waves at all. It is hidden at the foothills of Konnos Bay and offers magnificient views, golden sands and crystal clear waters.
