The Museum of Maa- Palaiokastro is located at the Maa Palaiokastro Archaeological Site near Coral Bay, in the Peyia Municipality of the Paphos district. It serves as a local museum of the site where the first Mycenaean Greeks settled after the fall of the Mycenaean Kingdoms in Greece. Their emigration in Cyprus dates around 1200.. Their emigration is a milestone in the history of Cyprus as this is when the Hellenization of island begins.

The Museum host a rich collection of artefacts that have been excavated on the site of Maa-Pakaiokastro, though which the colonisation of Cyprus by the Mycenaean Greeks is depicted. The Museum is has a unique architecture, work of the worldwide acknowledged Andrea Bruno, Professor at the University of Turin.

In order to preserve the natural location as much as possible, an underground building was designed. The only thing that is visible on the outside is the copper dome which is the roof of the museum. Underneath the dome is a circular room.
