Pernera Beach - Polyxenia is located at the most southern part of Protara, in the area of Pernera.

Τhe Pernera beach  extends to a length of 160 metres and a width of 20 metres.

The beach pedestrian zone starts from this beach, passes throughout the coastal front of Protaras and ends at the Fig Tree beach.

The area is surrounded with taverns and restaurants and there are sunbeds, umbrellas as well as water sports available for rent.

There is a lifeguard on duty and there are toilets and other facilities available.  It is a great beach for those who want to avoid the summer crowds.
