Kataifi

Kataifi is a very popular dessert in Greece, Cyprus and other Middle East countries.

This dessert is made up of chopped up walnuts, ground clove and cinnamon as well as butter.

Once the filling is made it is then wrapped up in a dough (phyllo) which is similar to shredded wheat.

The dessert is then covered and soaked in hot syrup.
