Pitta tis Satzis is a Cypriot dessert or snack. The dough is made of traditional village flour, olive oil, salt and water.
The dough is then rolled into thin layers and then made into circles or folded into squares.
The layers are then are cooked in a pan with very little olive oil on a high temperature.
The Pitta tis Satzis is filled with cinnamon and honey. Icing sugar can also be added.
