Following the road down to Fini the Water fountain of Pellomarou can be seen. This water fountain took its name many years ago due to a resident who lived next to the water fountain and was said to be crazy.

According to tradition, whoever drank from the water fountain would always stay in the village. The water fountain is of vital importance for the village as t has been there for one century. During the middle of the 20th century the water fountain was abandoned as pipes were installed in all houses.

The water fountain was a centre for women to meet as they went there to fill their vases with water. This was also an important element in Cypriot culture and tradition. The villagers also took their animals to the water fountain to drink water.

The water fountain has been reserved and it is a jewel for the Fini community as well as its visitors.
