Yaskouris Winery is located in the village of Pachna in the Limassol district. It is situated 500 metres outside the village, in privately owned vineyards.

It is estimated that the winery produces 50.000 thousand bottles each year. In particular they produce 1 white, 1 white medium dry, 1 cabernet, 1 rose, 2 Shiraz (one of which is aged in an oak barrel), as well as a red mixed variety.

The ones that stand out are the 2 Shiraz for which the family Yaskouris can boast about. Three of their wines won prizes at the Thessaloniki Contest with two gold medals (for the Shiraz in the barrel and the dry white wine) as well as a silver medal for the Shiraz.
