The Saint George Chapel is situated in the village of Statos – Agios Fotios in the Paphos district. It is a very old chapel and there is not much information about it.

It is located near the primary school in the centre of the older Agios Fotios village. It was ruined as well as forgotten and therefore did not last long.

The villagers decided to transform the old stone built school into a church in order to dedicate it to Agio Georgio. It is a small flat church and it operates normally as a chapel.

It is dedicated to Saint George and celebrates on the 23rd of April.
