The Zenobia wreck diving site is rated as one of the top 10 wreck dives in the world and is located in Larnaca, in Cyprus island. The wreck is accessible by boat, only 1.4 kilometres of the coast of Larnaca.

There is good visibility (up to 50 meters) and the top of the wreck is at 16 meters dept and the bottom of the wreck is at 43 meters. Due to the fact that there are only a few currents and the water is warm (16 to 28 °C) this is an ideal dive for either experienced divers or first time wreck divers.

Divers can dive around the outside as well as on the inside of the wreck but this is according to the diver's experience. In this diving site, you can see a variety of sea life including barracudas, groupers, nudibranchs, tuna as well as other types of fish which live inside the Zenobia wreck. The ship's cargo was never salvaged and therefore is there for divers to see lying on the seabed and still chained to the decks.

If you are interested about the history of the Zenobia wreck, it was a Swedish built challenger-class Ro-Ro 172 metre ferry carrying 108 articulated lorries which sank in 1980.

Advanced open water (AOW) qualification required.
