The Petreon Sculpture Park is located in the village of Mazotos, in the Larnaca district. In Greek the name translates to "Πάρκο Γλυπτικής Πετραίον".

It is an outdoor area, in the location of Plaka, where the artist Savvas Koulendros creates and exhibits his great sculpting projects. His sculptures are all made with passion and craftsmanship. The stones he uses are from various places in Cyprus. A special sculpture is the tall Petreos , an imposing naked man who holds an ancient Greek tunic in his right hand , and a snake in his left hand.

Other sculptures of the artist are:

  • Europe
  • The Erinies
  • Grigoris Afxentiou

The artist Savvas Koulendros is from the village of Lysi. He studied at the construction department of the Technical school of Nicosia and since then has been dealing with construction work. The occasion that started his artistic expression was the purchase of an estate in Mazotos in which he decided to accommodate his art work in.
