The Anarita Picnic area is situated north of community of Anarita, near the Kapparovounos area in the Paphos district. It was created in 2003 by the Land Consolidation Department, in cooperation with the Anarita Community Board.

Walking through the picnic area, one comes across various types of bushes and aromatic plants, mulberry trees, carob trees, olive trees, a stone built water fountain, and a playground with wooden constructions. There are also wooden benches and tables, a barbeque, drinking water and toilets.

Various events take place in the beautiful Anarita Picnic area, such as events for Green Monday and other events organised by the British.
