The Bridge of LoveLove Bridge  or Monachus Monachus Arch is located in one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Ayia NapaIt is considered to be one of the most remarkable natural bridges all over Cyprus.

In particular the Bridge of Love is situated east of Ayia Napa at the location of Mavrokorona . The natural arch was createdt after millions of years of sculpturing upon the rocky shore. On this beautiful natural creation thousands of couples gave vows of eternal love.

In 2004, the municipality of Ayia Napa chose the area which neighbors with the bridge in order to make another bridge which would be used by young people. The previous bridge that existed was not in a good condition and needed maintenance, funds which were given by the municipality of Ayia Napa. There is also a pathway from the bridge which connects nearly all the beaches of Ayia Napa which was named “Bridge of Love”.

The bridge is not accessible in the beginning and people with disabilities need the assistance of a second person. The pathway though, is made out of a fixed material, a width of over 120 cm, without steps and people with disabilities can move easily.

In this dreamy sky and the sea of Ayia Napa, lock your love at the Bridge of Love by placing a lock on the bridge and sealing your love forever.
