The Agiou Onoufriou Chapel is situated in the village of Pedoulas in the Nicosia district.

More specifically it is located in the centre of Pedoulas, west of the temple of the Timiou Stavrou and is possibly dated to the 13th century. It is made up of one room, with an arched roof and a large arch at the altar. The temple has also been altered due to subsequent renovations.

The chapel houses important murals of the 13th century, such as the icon of Agiou Onoufriou in Egypt and the Ascension with scenes from the Passions that are on display at the Pedoulas Byzantine Museum. The memory of Agiou Onoufriou is honoured on the 12th of June.
