The Agiou Timotheou and Agia Mavras Chapel is located in the Kato Deryneia part of the Deryneia Village in the Ammochostos district.

The Kato Deryneia part of the village is in the occupied part of the mucnipality and has been occupied since 1974.

It was built during the 1960’s with a great donation of the Deryneioti resident Yiannou Tziortzi.
